Data transfer is done directly by the computer or by labeling the profiles. Automatically clamping the profiles horizontally and vertically and loading to the PVC Machining Center. Enable to load 25 pieces of previously cut profiles on the automatic band. Drain slot routing at 3 different locations. Tripple drilling and copy routing. Automatically reinforcement profile screwing. Full integration with the window program. Processing 500 different profile types. Processing direction is from right to left in standard position but can be changed in the reverse direction. Capacity : Varies according to process quantity. Min. 100 PVC Windows / 8 Hours Max. 120 PVC Windows / 8 Hours Options : In case of customer demand , extra tools can be added to increase the number of functions or positions of the tools can be changed.
