In Fully Automatic Two-Station Machining and Cutting Center , NR-263 includes ; cutting pcv profiles , automatic reinforcement profiles screwing , routing , milling , and all drilling-marking operations for PVC windows and doors manufacturing, the automatic reinforcement profiles screwing operation is done automatically out of the operation station (on the conveyor system).Drilling and milling are done automatically in two different station.All these processes are gathered together in one machine and controlled automatically by SIEMENS computer and an optimization programmed. Capacity increased by dividing routing and drilling processes into 2 different parts. Stacking of 10 profiles(Max. 6,5 m length each) Automatically clamping the profiles horizontally , vertically and loading to the PVC Machining Center. Manual Barcode labeling which provides full integrations with four corner welding and CNC corner cleaning machines. Available to cut at various angles.(+/- 30 degrees) Routing mullion profiles(2 blade sets for two profiles) Automatically reinforcement profile screwing. Drain slot routing at 3 different locations. Triple drilling and copy routing. Up and down gasket cutting process in order to prevent the gasket from the saw. Full integration with the Windows and Doors programme. Processing 500 different profile types. Transferring the scrap profiles to the collection container by the automatic conveyor system. Collection of the scrap profiles into the scrap container. Capacity : Min. 200 PVC Windows / 8 Hours Max. 240 PVC Windows / 8 Hours Options : In case of customer demand , extra tools can be added to increase the number of functions or positions of the tools can be changed.
