In Fully Automatic Machining and Cutting Center , SC-220 includes ; cutting pvc profiles , routing , and all drilling-marking operations for PVC windows and doors manufacturing. All these processes are gathered together in one machine and controlled automatically by SIEMENS computer through an optimization program. Automatic barcode labeling which provides full integration with four corner welding and CNC corner cleaning machines: Stacking of 10 profiles(6,5 m lenght each) Automatically clamping the profiles horizontally and vertically and loading to the PVC Machining Center. Available to cut at various angles(+/- 30 degrees). Drain slot routing at 3 different locations. Triple handle holes drilling and copy routing. Up and down gasket cutting process in order to prevent the gasket from the saw. Full integration with the window program. Processing 500 different profile types. Transferring the scrap profiles to the collection container by the automatic conveyor system. Collection of the scrap profiles into the scrap container.
